Happy 24th to Amy Lee.

Our grown up daughter

Our daughter turns 24 today. For the two of us it seems like yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital and wondering, "What do we do now?" Since both our children are grown and doing pretty good, I guess we did OK.

We are thankful for God's blessing on our family.

October 2016 Prayer Requests:
1. Pray for the new school year - one month in - as we strive to educate the children of the Ferentari neighborhood.

2. Pray for the Afterschool program to meet the needs of students with extra study time, library time, snacks, and play.

3. Pray for volunteers coming in October that we may share a vision of meeting needs and showing Christ to the neighborhood.

4. Pray for the Naomi Center as the ladies prepare for their busiest season of selling their products. Pray we can find a regular outlet for selling their goods. Give praise for the quilting team from CBF Heartland that taught the ladies new skills.
